Yevadu | to be wrapped up around 20th

Charan will be seen in an action packed role in ‘Yevadu’. Shruti Haasan and Amy Jackson will be seen as the heroines opposite Charan. Vamsi Paidipally is the director and Dil Raju is the producer. The movie is expected to be a suspense thriller and Vamsi Paidipally is confident about making a strong impact at the Box Office with this movie.
Allu Arjun and Kajal Aggarwal will be seen in crucial cameos in the film. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music.
Nani begins work on BBB remake
ising hero Nani has started work on the Tamil remake of ‘Band Baaja Baraat’ . Shooting has been going on quietly in Chennai. The film is being directed by Gokul and Yash Raj Films banner is producing this venture. This film is the first Tamil production of Yash Raj Films.
The film’s main heroine is yet to be finalized. An official announcement can be expected soon in this matter. The film may release in Telugu as a dubbed version, says a source who is familiar with the matter.
Nani is betting big on this movie to give his Tamil career a big boost.
Pawan – Trivikram film shoot at Radisson hotel
Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s film in Trivikram’s direction, ‘Attarintiki Dhaaredhi’, is currentlybeing shot at Radisson Hotel in Banjara Hills. Pawan Kalyan is participating in the shoot. The movie is being produced by BVSN Prasad and Samantha is the heroine. Praneetha is the second heroine in the film.
Pawan and Trivikram are working flat out to get the film ready for an August 7th release. Music is being scored by Devi Sri Prasad. The film is expected to be a family entertainer with a good dose of family drama.

“I haven’t signed any new films…will not be signing any new films this year… Too much work already.Currently shooting for ramayya vastavaiya, attarintiki daredi..starting manam with the akkineni household next month and rabhasa with ntr. August starts Suriya s film with lingu sir..and vinayak sirs film,.. So a big FULL STOP,” tweeted samantha.
Jabardasth Babe to romance Pawan Kalyan
The glamour quotient in Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film ‘Atharintiki Daredi’ has been increasing with each passing day with the new entrants. Indo-Canadian adult movie actress Sunny Leone is proud to learn that she is the most searched personality online, in India.
The actress was named the most searched celebrity in Google’s annual Zeitgeist list.
The second position went to veteran actor Rajesh Khanna, who passed away in July this year.
“It is a very proud moment for me. Me and my husband Daniel Weber have worked really hard to get recognition and it is really overwhelming that people and my fans are searching me online,” Sunny told.
“I consider myself lucky. I am just one film old in Bollywood and despite that I have achieved so much,” she added.
The actress made her Bollywood debut with Mahesh Bhatt’s “Jism 2″ and will next be seen in Ekta Kapoor’s “Ragini MMS 2″.
Sunny said she always wanted to achieve such recognition, but thought it was impossible.
“I always wanted to be here but thought it is not possible. But after being here I feel anything is possible. It is so amazing. It is indeed a proud moment for me and my husband Daniel,” she added.

Shah Rukh Khan honoured with BrandLaureate award in Malaysia
Superstar Shah Rukh Khan attended Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohammad’s birthday where was also awarded the prestigious BrandLaureate Legendary Award.
The 47-year-old actor was given this honour by the Asia Pacific Brands Foundation for his contributions to the Bollywood film industry and as India’s foremost brand ambassador.
The Jab Tak Hai Jaan star was humbled by the honour handed to him on Thursday by Founder of Lord’s Tailor Robert Loh, President of The BrandLaureate KK Johan and Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohammad.
“It is an honour to be given the Brandlaureate Legendary Award. It is always a pleasure to be amongst friends and to be given so much love and motivation to do better,” said Shah Rukh in a statement.
“Got honoured at Dr Mahathirs function & a beautiful digital Koran. Now to India. Way I travel I could be the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy,” the actor later tweeted.
The BrandLaureate Legendary Award has been earlier given to the likes of Dr Nelson Mandela, Nobel Laureate recipient Mohammad Yunus, Ratan Tata, Steve Jobs, Marck Zuckerburg, Michael Schumacher and more.
In 2008 Shah Rukh had become the first Indian actor to be conferred with the prestigious Malaysian title of Datuk (equivalent of the British Knighthood) by the governor of Malaysia’s southern state of Malacca for promoting tourism through his movies in that region.
Sonakshi Sinha wants a Beach Wedding
Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha says that she wants to be a simple bride whenever she gets married.
The actress walked the ramp for designer Jyotsna Tiwari Thursday on the second day of the India Bridal Fashion Week 2012, held in Mumbai.
“I want to be a simple bride when I get married. I want a beach wedding where I am running around on the sand in a white dress,” she said after the show.
The collection was called ‘Mystical Romance’. It showcased a variety of bridal pre- draped saris, sari gowns, anarkalis and lehengas in colours like black, gold, amber, coral, blue and red.
“One speciality of this collection is that it is a mix between a modern and a traditional bride,” the actress added.
Sonakshi looked spectacular in a red bridal lehenga-choli with heavy goldwork and gold jewellery.
The show was followed by a live advertisement by Saif Ali Khan for Sansui’s TV commercial for brush series. The advertisement came as a surprise with fireworks on the ramp and models dancing to peppy music as they came to the head ramp.
The actor looked handsome in a pearl white suit with a baby pink shirt. Laser lights which danced to the music made the show truly memorable.
Designer Narendra Kumar Ahmed showcased his collection next. The designer said his collection was inspired by French classical music among other things.
“I was inspired by French classical music of the 1900s. It has been inspired by the elegance of ballet as well. It is about the emotion behind the sound and not the sound itself,” he said after the event.
The collection had bridal wear for men and women as well. With saris, suits and jackets for women and heavy sherwanis and jackets for men.
The sets added to the look and feel of both the shows with six chandeliers hanging on the ramp.
Viswaroopam out from Pongal Race
Kamal Haasan starrer Viswaroopam has opted out of Pongal race in AP as two of the big releases Naayak and Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu are gearing up for release.
Besides playing the lead, Kamal Haasan has also wielded the megaphone and produced the movie. Though he initially thought of releasing all the three Tamil, Telugu and Hindi versions simultaneously, now the latest updates reveal that Telugu version of the movie will hit the screens in January end.
Vishwaroopam casts Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah and Rahul Bose in other important roles. The Hindi version rights were bagged by Ekta Kapoor which will release simultaneously with Tamil for Pongal. Shankar Ehsaan Loy composed the musical scores for this action entertainer.
Akshay Kumar crosses 400 crore mark in 2012
It has certainly been a good year for Akshay Kumar who is riding high on success with back to back hits at the box office. With his latest Khiladi instalment opening to a good response at the box office, Khiladi Kumar has broken into the 400 crore mark in a calendar year.
The year started well for Akshay Kumar whose Housefull2, Rowdy Rathore and OMG: Oh My God! raking in moolah at the box office.
The big screen had to wait for 12 long years to see Akshay Kumar put on his Khiladi shoes with Khiladi 786. Akshay Kumar who burst into the lime light with Khiladi has come a long way.
Audiences and critics’ alike have given thumbs up for the movie and it is running to packed houses in single screen theatres and doing reasonably well in multiplexes. It is no surprise that it is the same franchise which takes him into the 400 crore mark.

Now, actress Samantha, who has got rave reviews for her performance in Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu, has joined the league. According to reports, she is being paid a biggest amount of money as remuneration to act in young tiger Junior NTR’s upcoming movie. Samantha’s demand has shot up after the huge success of Eega. Although she has been flooded with several offers, she has picked hardly a few of them. Now, reports suggest that she is offered a package of Rs 1.25 crore, which is next to that of Ileana D’Cruz, who charged Rs 1.5 crore for Snehithudu. Her remuneration suddenly got increased after producers Dil Raju and Bellamkonda Suresh vied for her dates.
It is reported that Dil Raju and Bellamkonda Suresh are producing two different movies with Junior NTR and both the producers approached her to act opposite the same hero, But Samantha has reportedly accepted the offer of Bellamkonda Suresh, who has agreed to pay Rs 1.25 crore for his much-hyped project.
But a close friend of Samantha has denied the reports saying that it is a baseless rumour. He adds that the actress herself does not
know how this rumour started and these figures are just unbelievable. However, she will do films of both Dil Raju and Bellamkonda Suresh back-to-back.
