Story: A dull tale, the story is in early 90s backdrop and it starts with Gautham (rahul) who falls madly in love with Mithuna (lavanya). An accident brings Mithuna to hospital and her life is in danger. Gautham arranges for all treatment and brings her back to life. But Mithuna loves Surya (naveen) and she hears that he is dead. Meanwhile, marriage of Gautham and Mithuna gets fixed and she is not ready for that. But Gautham brings her to Ooty for a change and does everything to win her heart. Finally Mithuna begins to change. But a twist in the tale occurs and what happens after that forms the rest of the story.

Presentation: The director has come up with a usual storyline and while the presentation was appealing, the narrative was bad.  The dialogues were good at places, the script was moderate but the screenplay was poor. Background score was haunting and songs are the highlight. Cinematography was top notch. Editing was required during first half. Costumes were regular while the art department was excellent. Naveen Chandra looks like a natural performer and he fits in the role well. Rahul Ravindran was alright but he was very loud. Lavanya is the one to watch out for. She is pretty, bubbly and naughty. Micky was elegant. CVL Narasimha Rao was apt. Pragathi was melodramatic. The others didn’t have anything to offer.

Conclusion: The film came in with a lot of hype because it has Rajamouli as one of the producers and with some nice stills and songs before the release. However, the film fails to live up to the expectations. The first half was very dull but the interval bang was good. The second half takes off well but the climax was bad. Overall, this is a film which has got some eccentricity and technical value but content and execution is weak. At the box office, the film will have good openings but it will fizzle out.
