Dabangg 2 distribution rights were sold to UTV Motion Pictures for a price of Rs.140 Cr.
Recently Dabangg movie remade in Telugu as Gabbar Singh, which became a massive hit in Tollywood Film Industry. Tollywood director Harish Shankar changed major part of the script according to Telugu nativity, which impresses Salman Khan and bought some scenes from Telugu Gabbar Singh Movie for Dabangg 2 movie.
