Akshay Kumar to play ‘God’ in his home production

Earlier, few reports suggested that Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar was about to get on board B’town’s superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan to play divine cameo role of ‘God’ in his upcoming project ‘OMG…Oh My God’ a debut film of his new production house  ‘Grazing Goat Pictures’. Dismissing the reports of approaching Shah Rukh and Salman to essay the coveted role, Khiladi Kumar reveals ‘I don’t know from where such reports come out. We never even approached them (the Khans), nor were we planning to approach them.’

In the meantime, he even revealed that he would be doing the role for the movie. ‘Initially, there were issues with my dates. I could not allocate proper dates for the film. But now since I have managed everything and even everything has fallen on right, it’s me who will do the role.’

Akshay even revealed that he loved the play ‘Krishna Vs Kanhaiyalal’ that featured actor Paresh Rawal so much that he instantly approached the makers to buy copyrights of the play for making his film.
