Pan Indian actress Sameera Reddy has demanded apology from a weekly publication that's based in Kerala for using her picture for a story that's irrelevant to her. It's an old picture of her along with Vijay Mallya for a controversy on him. The story, 'End of good times', is about liquor baron Vijay Mallya and speaks extensively about the recent controversy about the business personality.
Sameera has sent a lawyer's notice to the media house apart from demanding an apology from them at the earliest as the weekly's cover is as if she has something to do with Vijay Mallya's company and works which is not true according to the actress.
"It's upsetting that my photo has been used for a story that I have no connection with! Vijay Mallya is my uncle and my family is now disappointed that my picture has been used for a story for the issues he and his company are facing", fumes the actress while speaking to a daily.
The actress currently has 'Tezz' where she has done some daredevil stunts without a body double and a Kannada flick, 'Varadhanayaka'.
