Story: A stale tale, the story begins with Goddess Lakshmi (kovai sarala) asking lord Vishnu (brahmi) to narrate a story and he tells him about the love story of Ravi Teja (ravi teja) and Ileana (ileana) who live in Hyderabad and Bangkok respectively. A small incident involving CI Subbaraju (subbaraju) gets Ravi Teja to Bangkok. He comes to meet don Prakash Raj (prakash raj) and that's where he meets Ileana and Goli (ali). How does the story go from there. What is the link of the banana skin with this tale. All this forms the rest of the story.

Presentation: The director has come up with a very interesting storyline and though the presentation was decent the narrative was not that engaging. The dialogues were good at places. The script was not having enough strength and the screenplay was not impressive. The real life for the film came from the songs and the background score which gave energy. Cinematography was upto the mark. Editing was alright.  Costumes were well designed and trendy while the art department didn't have much to do. Ravi Teja did his bit with the expected energy levels and scored. Ileana is yet to get that attraction like before but her expressive approach makes her look beautiful. Prakash Raj was not used to his potential. Brahmanandam was upto the mark. Kovai Sarala didn't have much to do. Subbaraju was standard. Ali brought few smiles. Jyoti Rana was sexy. Fish Venkat was good. Others didn't have much to offer.

Conclusion: Coming up with a good idea is not enough. It is also important to execute that idea into a proper product. That didn't happen with this film. While the first half was dull and routine the interval bang was a bit interesting. The second half looked promising at the start but fizzled out as it progressed. Overall, the film has a nice thought but poor narrative. This is difficult to survive at the box office.

IdleStars verdict: Only God can save this..
