South star R. Madhavan has apparently chosen to take a break from his acting career. No, not for Good, but the actor is taking a sabbatical. Maddy has packed an ad film shoot and is all set for a much deserved break as the 41-year-old actor had a hectic year consecutively shooting for his Tamil blockbuster hit flick 'Vettai' and Bollywood’s wicked rom-com 'Jodi Breakers' that bombed at the box-office.
Madhavan is consecutively shooting for his film projects over 12 years and would now take rest for about six months. The '3 Idiots' actor was even approached to reprise his role in the sequel of Ashwini Chaudhary's directorial venture ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ which is on cards.
'Finally done. Last day of shoot for next 6 months. Finally a break after 12 years. Am off for that too much delayed and deserved sabbatical', posted 'Rang De Basanti' actor on micro-blogging site Twitter.
