Arya turns too costly to handle post 'Vettai'

Kollywood Actor who is better known for his roles in "Naan Kadavul", Boss Engira Bhaskaran and Vettai is in high demand.  According to tinselville sources, Arya is acting pricey these days, especially after the success of his last flick Vettai.

Reportedly, the actor quoted a whopping Rs 6 crores as his remuneration, giving UTV Motion Pictures a big shock when they approached him for the remake of their rip-roaring comedy Delhi Belly.

Apparently, UTV, which produced Vettai, thought Arya would be a good bet to reprise the character of Tashi made memorable by Imran Khan.

They also wanted to rope in Santhanam, his costar in Boss Engira Bhaskaran, for the second lead. But Arya's 6 crore demand has made them to think twice about the project as they felt that it was not something very wise to invest so much money on the cast alone.

Kannan of Kanden Kadhalai fame was to direct the movie. Let us see what is the outcome of the second thought weather they make this film or not.
