According to the producer, Bandla Ganesh, NTR's Badshah is releasing in Sankranthi season in 2013. NTR's last Sankranthi release is Adhurs. Sankranthi season has not been the best of times for NTR movies - 4 out of his 5 movies that released during this season bombed miserably at the box office. However, the makers are confident that NTR will rubbish this sentiment with Badshah
The regular shooting of the movie began earlier this month. Currently, a song is being shot on the lead pair in the exotic locales of Italy. The unit had already canned few scenes of the movie and are extremely delighted with the output. This schedule will continue till end of this month.
