Pawan Kalyan fell off accidentally from a horse while shooting for Gabbar Singh a while ago. He has sustained a muscle sprain. It is understood that the actor may not be able to shoot immediately and he may be advised rest. Details about where he has been taken are not known, but the schedule for the day had to be cancelled by the makers.
