Veteran actress Manthra, who played the female lead in Piriyam opposite Arun Vijay went onto do some Tamil and telugu movies.
After her marriage, she settled down to do some character roles and went on a hibernation.
She is back after a brief interval to act in movies.
She married Srinivas, an assistant director in 2004. Now, the media is agog with reports that Manthra is eager to to act again.
Also, she is said to be ready to do even supporting roles.
