John claims to play central role in SAW

Bollywood’s handsome hunk John Abraham claims that he plays central character in Sanjay Gupta's upcoming gangster flick 'Shootout At Wadala'. John is trying hard to deliver an outstanding performance as he essays crucial role of gangster Manya Surve in the film who dies in police encounter.

John admits to have made a personal interaction with people who were close to the late gangster Surve. John has researched a lot for the role and has even maintained a leaner look for the film.

Meanwhile, he is also in process of learning Marathi language for the film. John is also looking forward to work with Kangna Ranaut and states that they would make a great onscreen couple. He is also happy with filmmakers - Ekta Kapoor and Sanjay Gupta who are promoting the film well and have given the 38-year-old an opportunity to play a crucial character in the film.
