‘Agneepath’ storms Box-office

Karan Johar’s remake venture ‘Agneepath’ is undoubtedly termed as the first blockbuster hit of 2012 as the film has earned Rs.25 crores as box-office collections on the first day of its release. Apparently, ‘Agneepath’ has broken the records of Salman Khan’s ‘Bodyguard’. Film’s leading lady Priyanka Chopra is overwhelmed with the huge response her film bagged.’ “Yay thank u everyone! #agneepath day one 25cr ! Unprecedented! Feels sooo awesome! Although, January seemed to be unlucky to other films like ‘Players’ and ‘Ghost’, that proved to be absolute debacles at the box-office.

Hopefully, ‘Agneepath’ has now emerged as the first hit of this year. ‘Agneepath’ is a remake of megastar Amitabh Bachchan 1990 classic hit film titled of same. The remake features Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra and Sanjay Dutt.
